    Christian is an accomplished educator and aspiring finance professional currently pursuing a masters of finance from Georgetown University. He has a deep connection to the Maui community where he has served as a math and science teacher at Lahainaluna High School through both the COVID-19 Pandemic and the Lahaina wildfire disaster.

  • Tricia Santi, M.S., M.A., LMFT

    DIRECTOR OF COUNSELING & OUTREACH

    Tricia Santi serves on the Board of Directors in the area of counseling and outreach services. Tricia began her career as a teacher and later as a supervisor of teachers and counselors. She went on to teach in a number of CT Universities in the departments of psychology, human services and counseling. Tricia currently teaches part time at a Boston area nursing college where her specialties are trauma and wellness. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly 25 years of experience, emotional support, education and advocacy comes naturally to Tricia. She uniquely weaves emotional intelligence, human connection and compassion with a learned understanding of the workings of intuitions and a natural affinity to community.

  • Aram Aslanian Ph.D., LCPC

    DIRECTOR OF INSTITUTIONAL RESEARCH

    Aram began his professional career as a school psychologist possessing a unique style of empowerment for the child and the family. Identifying the strengths and finding ways through the challenges for school and life success. After earning his Ph.D in Counseling Psychology, Aram has taught for nearly 25 years in the School and Community Counseling Programs at Western CT State University. He brings to his students in this higher education environment a professional yet down to earth approach, engaging through experiential stories and hands-on skills. His students benefit and thrive in school and community settings as do the students, individuals and families with whom they work. In the last 10 years Aram has worked at a nursing school in the Boston area where he has utilized his life-long love of teaching to provide coursework and support in the area of trauma and self-care for healthcare professionals
